Please ensure running water and electricity are available at the time of your scheduled service.
The property should be vacant or substantially, emptied before your scheduled service to allow full access to the areas being cleaned.
For the safety of our team, we cannot service properties containing hazardous materials, construction debris, biohazard, human, or animal waste, needles, or other unsafe conditions.
For our safety, furniture, appliances, and other heavy items are not moved during service. Accessible areas and areas beneath furniture that can be safely reached will be cleaned.
If the properties condition differs significantly from the information or photos provided, additional services or pricing adjustments may be recommended before your reservation is confirmed.
