How is pricing determined?Pricing is based on your selected service level, square footage, and condition of your property plus any requested enhancements. A final invoice is provided on arrival on the day of service.
Which service level is right for my space?Refreshed is designed for homes that are regularly maintained and looking to stay that way. Reset is our more detailed service, ideal for space needing extra attention, accumulated buildup removal or comprehensive. Refresh from top up to bottom.

What can I expect on the day of service?Our service specialists arrive prepared with the supplies, equipment, and service details needed to complete your appointment. Every service follows the HER Five point signature standard to ensure a thoughtful and consistent experience.
What if I have specific preferences or priorities for my space?We encourage clients to share preferences, priorities, and special request during booking. Our goal is to personalize the experience around the unique needs of your space whenever possible.

Reservations & Scheduling
What happens after I book?Once your reservation is submitted, we review your service details, confirm the scope of your work, and provide any necessary follow-up information before your appointment.
Do I need to be home during service?No. Many clients provide entry instructions and return to a refreshed, fully cared-for space once service is complete.
Can I reschedule my appointment?Of course. Life happens, and we’re happy to help. If you need to adjust your appointment, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work with you to find a new time that fits your schedule.

What if additional work is needed?If a properties condition require additional time or falls outside their original scope of service, recommendations in any pricing adjustments will be discussed before proceeding.
How do you ensure consistent quality?Consistency comes from approving process. Every space is cleaned in a structured order and finished using our HER Five-point signature standard, allowing us to deliver the same elevator experience with every visit.
